How long does it take to ship an order?
Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1-5 business days. If your order contains an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order will ship when we recieve all items in stock. If you'd like to split your order, please contact us directly
What happens if my order qualifies for free shipping?
Orders with free shipping will ship once all items are in stock. Preorder items will delay shipment unless you choose to split the order and pay additional shipping fees.
Who is responsible for seam splits?
The company is not responsible for seam splits unless you request the LP to be opened before shipping.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items during checkout and are collected with the purchase.
What are the domestic transit times?
Media Mail: 4-8 business days, Priority Mail: 2-4 business days, UPS: 1-6 business days.
What are the international transit times?
Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3-8 days, depending on the selected courier.
Can the delivery address be changed?
Yes, the delivery address can be changed before the order is dispatched.
Does Experience Vinyl ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?
Yes, but only via postal services for P.O. boxes and USPS for military addresses.
What should I do if my delivery time exceeds the forecasted time?
Contact customer service for an investigation.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged in transit?
If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and contact customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer service for next steps.
Are sales tax and import duties included?
Sales tax is included in the price of goods. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required upon arrival in the destination country.
What should I do if my parcel is lost in transit?
Contact customer service to start an investigation with the courier. Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
