What happens if there is a stock discrepancy?

If an item is out of stock, the available items will be shipped, and you will be contacted to either await restocking or process a refund for the backordered item.

The order will be dispatched once the item is available. Existing items in the order will be reserved.

Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?

Yes, cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. If already dispatched, refer to the refund policy.

Yes, parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
